Returns are accepted for non-customized items only. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Samples are available to help ensure the perfect match for your needs.
All orders (excluding samples and customized orders) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping cost.
Items must be returned in original packaging and excellent condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
Sample Policy
Samples are 5". To continue offering free shipping, we limit orders to one (1) sample per color/pattern. If multiple quantities of the same sample are ordered, only one will be fulfilled. We do not provide refunds for duplicate swatches.
