RETURNS POLICY

• Returns accepted for 30 days
• Customer provides return shipping
• 10% restocking fee

We do not accept returns/refunds on custom made orders. Please contact us ASAP a claasicmodernny@gmail.com. if you have any questions with the goods you've received. No returns can be accepted without prior arrangement with ourselves.

All fabric by the yard must be returned in its original shipping condition(i.e. uncut, unwashed, etc.)

All goods received must be fully inspected and any discrepancies, damages, shortages or defects must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. Please check all packaging for damage upon delivery. Damaged Parcels must be signed for as Damaged. While every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please check your goods immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will either remedy the error or if a remedy is not possible, will remake the item completely.

Should you realize you have ordered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We'll try our best to correct if your order is in the early stages of production.
