Shipping policy
DELIVERY TIMES
The current lead time
- Custom Made Order: 2~3 Weeks before shipping.
- Fabric by the yard: 1~4 business days before shipping. \
For standard deliveries please allow 3~ 6 days by carriers. All orders are shipped directly to your 'ship to address'. No further carriage charges for multiple shipments will be incurred. Oversized items ship via freight carrier. On rare occasions there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, weather-related shipping delays, and factory capacity limitations or closures.
All our custom-made orders begin production immediately upon your order and they cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded or returned at any time.
Please Note: that at busy times such as around Christmas and New Year our delivery times may be longer due to both the Manufacturers and Couriers dealing with a backlog of orders.
Our delivery times are given as a guide only, and we cannot accept any liability for any delay caused by the delivery agent used or for any other unexpected delays. If you require goods to arrive within a specific timescale please contact us.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Air delivery is available for most products for an additional fee. Express delivery does not decrease manufacturing time, only the number of days required for shipping.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at classicmodernny@gmail.com. Express shipments are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer shipping outside the United States, or to APO/FPO addresses, Guam or Puerto Rico.
PROCESSING CHARGES
Standard Ground Shipping and Processing are Free.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Extra large or heavy items, including packages over 92" long or weighting more than 80 pounds will be delivered with an additional fee.
