Shipping

The current lead time

• Fabric by the yard:  1~4 business days before shipping. 

All fabric by the yard orders are folded. Orders over 30 yards will be rolled on a tube without folds.

We will do our best to provide your fabric in one continuous cut (up to 30–50 yards). If multiple pieces are required, we will contact you before shipping.

• International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes.

Return

• Returns are accepted for non-customized items only. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
• All orders (excluding samples and customized orders) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping cost.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and excellent condition.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return authorization is required before sending any item back.

Washing

- Machine wash up to 40 C – don’t use higher temperatures as these can damage the fabric’s fibres, causing wear and shrinkage
- Wash linen items separately from other fabrics
- Separate white, dark and coloured linens
- Use the gentle cycle and don’t overload your machine – ensuring garments have sufficient space means they can rinse and dry properly
- Never use bleach

Drying and storing

- Tumble dry on a low heat or gentle setting
- If ironing, steam rather than simply hot pressing
- Make sure linen items are completely dry before putting away
- Store somewhere dry (preferably in linen bags)
